Bouvet-Ladubay Rosé
According to Kobrand:
"Bouvet-Ladubay, founded in 1851, is the second-oldest sparkling-wine producing establishment in the Saumurois, forty years the junior of its predecessor."
Saumur is in the central Loire Valley - more specifically, it's part of a region called Anjou-Saumur. FYI, nearly all red/rosé wines from Anjou-Saumur are made from Cabernet Franc (some are blended with a white grape called Groslot).
Bouvet-Ladubay Rosé Excellence is a sparkling wine, which the French refer to as Vin Mousseaux. This term is assigned to sparkling wines made outside of Champagne in the traditional method (methode traditionelle).

A fine aperitif. Also great with gravalox, smoked chicken salad, or grilled brats!
As I love dry Rose's, I will find this one somewhere!
