Whirlwind in/out SF
I took a one-day getaway to San Francisco. The highlights:
- Tasted wine at Vino Venue
- Scored a bottle of Chateau Musar, '94 -
one of my favorite wines because of its unique
character (yummm barnyard!) and interesting history - Went to the Independent
to watch Maktub
in concert - Stopped by Place Pigalle
for a glass of Villa Maria Sauvignon Blanc
- Ate some tasty cold cuts at AG Ferrari Italian Market
Phewwwww. I'm tired.
I'm a Chateau Musar fan as well! (Could it be the Lebanese in me?)

Perhaps it's the Lebanese, but Ch. Musar is a fine wine! I'm hoping to track down a bottle of White Musar at some point. Have you ever tasted it?
