Frosty Mug Taste?
I went hiking here this past weekend. Stopped at the lodge for dinner and ordered a fine German Riesling. Oddly enough the server brought out two frosty (literally) wine glasses. I initially passed this off as a local oddity. However, the lodge entertains numerous German and other European tourists every year. I wonder if this might be one preferred style for serving Riesling? Anyone know?
