I received an email the other day, clicked the link, and stumbled upon this site with the following explanation:
"Sub Rosa is located in Dundee, Oregon. This is a 'virtual' restaurant. You can download recipes and music and order a t-shirt but that's about it. We're more a state-of-mind than an actual place to eat."
Indeed, Sub Rosa does offer some tasty-looking recipes such as smoked rib-eye goat cheese empanadas
There also happens to be a virtual wine list - heavy on the Oregon Pinot Noir along with a nice mix of whites.
