Bolla Bardo'

Bollabardo2003 Bolla Bardolino ($8)
Clear, medium intense ruby core fading to a pale ruby rim. Clean, with medium intense, youthful nose of red cherries and berries.  Dry, with medium-crisp acidity and medium tannin. Medium intense palate of tart red cherries, white pepper and a steely bitterness.  Medium bodied, with medium alcohol and short length. An average quality Bardolino made mostly from corvina and rondinella grapes.  Made purely in stainless steel, this crisp fruity red is intended to be drunk young, and is ready now.
