Now you've got no excuse for making a boring Christmas dinner

Stephen and I continue our culinary public service by offering the world's best holiday food & wine pairing ideas.  In case you missed out on the previous two menus, here are some highlights:

Christmas Menu I - yummy salmon & mouthwatering Riesling.  Wood-roasted chicken, Brussels sprouts (!) & a nifty Sicilian red

Feast of the Seven Fishes - Crab cakes & green wine.  Salmon scallop terrine & Gewurztraminer

If neither of the above menus spurred you into culinary action, then Christmas Menu II should shock you out of your seat and into the kitchen.  It includes:
