That is awesome. Probably a lot more work than textual tasting notes, but it communicates the core ideas well.

Indeed it is a huge time vaccuum. But, writing tasting notes (and reading them) can be mighty boring. I enjoyed putting the mosaic together - I'm always looking to turn wine reviewing on its head.

Beautiful! The wine marketers should steal your idea and sell posters like this for their wines! Just add the right music and you're totally 21th century...
